Fox Creek is strengthened by the people who ride, volunteer and care for the park. From trail maintenance to conservation and weed management, there are plenty of ways to get involved.
FORESTRYSA'S COMMITTMENT TO FOX CREEK BIKE PARK
As the land manager, ForestrySA is responsible for the long-term oversight of Fox Creek Bike Park, including public safety, environmental protection, forestry operations and sustainable recreational access.
Together with the cycling community, ForestrySA is building a positive future for Fox Creek Bike Park. Our approach will deliver safer trails, better-planned maintenance and more opportunities for the community to help shape and care for the park.

SEASONAL TRAIL CARE PRIORITIES
Summer: Audit the trail network, confirm annual priorities and complete seasonal slashing and vegetation clearance.
Autumn: Clear drainage, repair erosion and begin trail armouring and improvement works.
Winter: Continue drainage, trail repairs and larger maintenance projects while conditions are suitable. Responsive clearance following storms and severe weather.
Spring: Manage emerging weeds and vegetation in preparation for fire season.
Year-Round: Conduct regular trail audits, manage vegetation and respond to emerging safety and maintenance needs.
